Will take your money and food and refuse to refund even though it should be refundable according to their own policy.

Good people, good food, food delivered on the door and I can just take a beer and relax. 5 stars
Unreliable
For 2 hours app just says order is 15-20 mins aways. After 2 hours after 00:45 the customer support says the order is canceled. People are not truthful that they can’t deliver. If they are truthful they can’t deliver then person can order from some other place. Very poor service. It was the first time I chose this app to order the food.

Great solution for hunger
Problem problem problems
50% percent of the time there is a problem with the order, especially with delivery! Something is missing, food is cold, not on time and sometimes even delived to wrong place!! I never thave this problem with Uber eats! If the is an item missing from the order, customer service is impossible to talk to!!!!
In-app messaging
Your in app message service is really really poor. Timeout error all the time, can’t communicate with the rider. Need improvements there. Otherwise good.
