They just randomly pick addresses and left my food in different condos around me. Don’t recommend to use cards and prepay the order

I ordered delivery in Malaysia, the courier did not deliver the order, but in the application it stated that the delivery was carried out. In support they can’t answer and help, I waited for ten minutes and they didn’t transfer to an employee. Thanks for the great service!
The app is broken
Made an order but then order and help center sections became unavailable. I paid by card but didn’t receive my order

Заказывала еду через это приложение. Каждый раз чуть заказа не привозили. Деньги не вернули. Два раза заказ отменили и не вернули деньги полностью. Центр поддержки не работает. Сейчас при попытке связаться с ними, появляется ошибка. Не рекомендую к использованию.
Took my money and have me nothing
I purchased for 1year subscription. While making an order it asked for phone number. But somehow my number was “used”. They didn't have me refund or anything else, but closed support chat twice without asking my feed back. AWFUL APP

Never use this
Totally unacceptable and unprofessional service. Order always delay, cannot get refund, they just keep drag time and in the end give u vouchers only. Many times got the situation when order takes 2hour+ and after that just cancelled. After cancellation you have to keep chase them for refund, which u will never get
