оформила заказ еды 31 декабря утром на 10 вечера, мне позвонили и подтвердили заказ! в 10 вечера его просто взяли и отменили!!!!! самый худший сервис доставки еды, и жалобу там написать даже негде

I was delivered one pizza when I paid for two. I sent a request to solve the problem to the application support, but no action is taken. While I ordered and they delivered as needed, everything was fine. The first problem they can't solve, I do not recommend using the FoodPanda service

After the latest update, the linked payment card keeps getting removed, and I have to re-enter the card details every time. It’s easier to just stop using the app.

Заказ сделала в 23:12. Было указано время ожидания 50-60 минут. Окей, ждём. Через примерно 40 минут время такое же 50-60 минут. Окей, ждём свою еду дальше. В 00:55 узнаю, что заказ отменён. По какой причине? Не указано. Написано, что большая нагрузка. А разве можно отменять заказы если большая нагрузка? Не принимайте новые заказы, обслужите старые заказы. Укажите время задержки. Но просто втихомолку отменять… Даже пожаловаться никуда нельзя. Спасибо, оставили нас голодными. При этом 2 часа бесполезного ожидания. Не волнуйтесь, вам вернутся деньги в течение 14 дней. Спасибо большое! Мы «очень» этому рады! Нельзя было хотя бы сразу отменить, а не через 2 часа? Ни ответа, не привета. Если бы сама статус заказа не посмотрела, так бы и не узнала, что он отменен.

As tourist without Hong Kong number I cannot use app and order the food and does not matter that roaming exists and I have working phone number from my country. Lol. This is not blocker for Grab in Malasia, for example, and in many other apps
