They make you wait for hours. The customer service is very bad.
Not honest at all
Every time I make an order, it shows for long time that the restaurant is preparing the order. Last time, I called the restaurant to check on the order, they told me that the order is ready since a while, but they are waiting for the driver. Besides that, after 5 mins, the status changes to : Rider picked up the order, however it shows that the driver is still far from the restaurant.
Rubbish
Absolute rubbish and almost a scam. They say 30 mins it takes 90, 120 mins you name it. Customer service is the worst ive seen. And dont trust whatever notifications the app sends, the driver is on the corner they say and it takes 60 mins after that. Completely useless and pretty much disgusting service

訂餐無法取消，然後又送的比預估時間還久欺騙消費者政府監管機關也很低能無法處理這種出現在新北市的無良亂接單店家，建議修法，一律處死熊貓以及他的怪獸們，現在是凌晨3:22，熊貓，你這貪婪低能無良的外國公司，滾出台灣。
