FlexiRoam eSIM & Data Plans

Support very good despite the App being clumsy. Purchased an eSIM for use in New Zealand but when I went to use it it had expired. I thought I had checked this as I have used FlexiRoam before. Anyway the chat bot was useless as they federally are but quickly got an option to actually communicate with a real person. Explained situation and he was able to get my expired eSIM reinitiated and am now enjoying the holiday

Traveling o/s with 2 young kids is stressful enough with so many complexies to constantly manage. Flexiroam made sure connectivity wasn’t one of them for us. We visited Spain, France, England and Italy and had uninterrupted coverage the entire trip. I was even able to stream movies looking over Lake Garda! I would highly recommend Flexiroam.

Landed in Philippines and turned on my eSIM and no service. I activated the plan prior to leaving Melbourne. Ended up purchasing a local SIM at the airport. Will never use this service again!

Had offer for free 3 gig, however they wanted to charge $10 for the sim, after reading other reviews on amount of questions to activate, decided to see how much roaming with existing Australian provider is and much cheaper than the US$ fees FlexiRoam charge for additional data.

Downloaded the app. Followed all the instructions. Failed to connect.

Poor layout, poor UI, slow, clunky & buggy.

Didn’t work. Kept telling me to reset my password and didn’t come up with the offer. You’re a bunch of absolute clowns.

Dumbasses if you are going to do identity check then do it before I am abroad and need internet from sim. Fix your processes. Check other review where they ask a lot of question for data plan accessed via credit card.

Easy to choose a plan My e sim would not be added , they helped me fix the problem easily !

Beware. The "free 3gb" is not that at all. They ask for mindless questions via their live chat. Response times between replies ranges between 3 and 8 hours. After 48 hours of "chatting" I gave up. Avoid and use someone else.
