Cheated with Prime
Subscribed to prime, showed free delivery options with some stores, however once I placed the order I was charged a fee and the customer support team told its because of a min order amount but at the time of placing the the delivery fee is shown as completely free without any additional rules. Overall, felt like the prime service is a way to cheat customers
Worst customer support
I was a frequent user of glovo and also a prime subscriber. I am not happy how glovo evolved they are not customer centric company anymore. I have reached out to customer support for getting email invoice for 3 weeks (4 times) and i never got any response. On top of that conversation were being cut abruptly without any response.

I travel the world, tried many food apps, this is so easy to navigate, extremely easy and quick. Well designed.
Absolutely horrendous service
Mind you they charge you 1.99€ for a delivery that will take you atleast 2 hours and don’t even think of cancelling because they will charge you even though it’s their problem. Uber Eats is a 100 times better.
Amazing app
I recently travelled to Italy and came across this app. Very useful! They have a wide array of restaurants. Would love to see a vegetarian/vegan filter on top of every restaurant menu.
