Funktioniert einwandfrei.
Disgusting company
This is by far the worst food service I ever tried. I waited for 3 hours and my service was not delivered. And the team of Glovo told me they called the restaurant but then I tried myself and it wasn’t even open anymore. They just collect the money and they don’t reimburse it. I never got my money back. Honestly no wonder UberEat, JustEat and Deliveroo beats this company

The app heats up the phone and doesn’t show correctly stores which are open.

What a disaster! Every time I am ordering, rhe delivery arrives 15 mins late, at least!

How come an app like this understimates delivery time constantly by factor 2 at least??

Me cobráis por el envío, me cobráis por la app y los negocios que están en vuestra aplicación hinchan los precios ya que no son los mismos valores que tienen si se los pedís a ellos directamente…
Waiting for Gloveau
Placed first ever grocery order with Glovo, was promised delivery within 1h, after two hours the website kept updating/delaying the expected delivery time, eight hours later finally a (very friendly) chat operator suggested that I cancel the order, as it got lost in the virtual metaverse / fell through the cracks. Very efficient app, very effective chat operator, immediately freed up amount from credit card, but all of it is quite useless as my groceries will have to be purchased elsewhere…
