Overall, I thoroughly enjoy using GoodNotes. It’s a powerful and intuitive app that has elevated my note-taking and organization. However, I have a few feature suggestions that could enhance the user experience even further:
1.Expanded Outline Options
While the current outline feature is helpful, it would be great to have the ability to create sub-outlines within the main outline. This would allow for better organization and the ability to break down topics into smaller, more manageable parts.
2.Auto-Generated Flashcards
A feature to automatically generate flashcards from the notes we write would be a game-changer. For students and learners, this could save time and make revision much more efficient by seamlessly converting key points into flashcards.
3.Transcription Integration for Audio Recordings
It would be incredibly helpful if the audio recordings made in the app could display a live or post-recording transcription. This would make it easier to copy and paste important parts into notes or quickly jot down thoughts without needing to replay the recording multiple times.
These additions would take GoodNotes from excellent to indispensable. Despite these suggestions, I truly enjoy the app and find it an invaluable tool for learning and productivity.

Third party logins not work
Why use only third party log-ins? Forcing your users to use other commercial services just to use your app? Besides, I can't even create an account. Rubbish app and imbecile product managers.
Comfortable and practicle
It's a very comfortable app to use on the computer, phone or an iPad. Very usefull, easy to use.
Limited notebooks
It doesn't allow me to properly update notebooks, only 3 are allowed, and goodnotes 5 doesn't seem to be available.
Money grabbing
Sadly I really loved the app, BUT:
payed for version 4 then version 5 came out and to update I had to pay again. Not too long ago got a MacBook and wanted to download the app there but ver 6 is out, so you can’t get ver 5 anymore (which I paid for to use all its features) and it asks me to pay again or use a free version of 6 where you basically can’t edit anything only read files. All in all really disappointed in such money grabbing from clients and will be saying goodbye to the app :(
They price you whatever they want whenever they want
Used the free app first with a limit of 3 books. When I needed more, I purchased their paid version of the app that gave unlimited notebooks to use/create. Now they have updated the app, and guess what? Only 3 books I created are free to edit. If you want to use all, surprise surprise, pay again! A yearly subscription payment this time! Feels like a scam to me
Feature suggestion
It would be amazing if there would be a way to automatically generate a separate “to do list” in a single note out of any orher note. It would help to keep an overview, go back quickly to the context of specific task.
Basically it would increase productivity and navigation across many notes and catalogs.
Other than that - app is amazing.

I had bought all time membership last year, but I reinstalled my iPad and the membership disappeared, so now I need to pay again and do it yearly, but why? I wouldn’t have bought it if I would knew about these changes. Please, contact me and let me have my notes!
