Google Tasks: Get things done

I really enjoy using the Tasks app and it helps me stay organized every day. However, one challenge I’m facing is that my tasks don’t stay in the order I arrange them. Each day they reset and appear in a different sequence. For me, it’s very important to have tasks in a specific order, since I use them as side work and need to follow them step by step. It would be extremely helpful if the app allowed me to set and lock a custom order for my tasks, so they stay exactly as I arrange them. Thank you for considering this feature — it would make the app much more effective for people who need structured workflows.

Very neat and user-friendly app. I love the simplicity. Perfect for every-day as well ad repetitive tasks. Would be great if lists could be shared with friends and family. I couldn’t find such an option.

Very helpful for short term tasks and reminders, especially combined with Google Calendar!

Its useless if you dont add support for widgets. I can wait a but but then i will have to switch.

I just recently discovered Google Tasks in an attempt to keep a daily log of my prescribed eye drops that I use twice a day. Awesome tool that I can use to make sure I keep a log. Thanks so much!

For some reason if a task has a recurring schedule, it's not allowed to be moved to a different list. A completely arbitrary and random restriction.

Not sure why … but I need better more persistent notice/ alarm

I love the concept of it, however, it is probably my problem that I don’t know how to get to hear a notification as a reminder of a task. Please enlighten me.

Integrates well with Google calendar and available everywhere.
