Google Tasks: Get Things Done

There is no certainty with this app because recurring tasks disappear over time, unreliable.

Fajna prosta aplikacja, niestety zadania nie przenoszą się z niej do widoku zadań w kalendarzu. Z kalendarza do zadań owszem.

Simply no working reminders on recurring events. No notifications whatsoever unless you have your phone active at the moment of reminder due.

Bardzo dobra aplikacja do planowania i przypominania zadań bardzo dobrze zintegrowana z kalendarzem Google. Przydałaby się jeszcze funkcjonalność gdzie możemy posegregować zadania ze wszystkich list w kontekście wpisanego wcześniej terminu realizacji.

Podoba mi się przede wszystkim łatwość użytkowania. Dostępność z poziomu każdego urządzenia (telefon, komputer). Bardzo duża zaleta jest również elastyczność i możliwość tworzenia różnych list z zadaniami plus polaczenie z mailami, które można dodac jako zadania. Fajnie gdyby zadania można połączyć z Google keep.

Najbardziej brakuje możliwości udostępniania listy dla innego konta Google. Ułatwiło by to synchronizację na wielu urządzeniach z innymi kontami np. Konto prywatne w jednym urządzeniu i służbowe w drugim.

The app is very rigid and allows little to no customizations. There is no option to view tasks for given dates (such as ‘today’), add labels to them or filter them in any other way than by already assigned lists. Something I’ve been searching for since forever is a to-do app integrated with calendar in a way that it offers an option to assign tasks to certain events. Google Tasks doesn’t do that, but I’m using it because of its calendar.

I’ve tested all tasks applications from ms, apl, google and even created by small devs. And up to day this is the best one. You will not find better one trust me
