Great app! Endless workouts to choose from depending on preferences and goals and very convenient to create own complex workouts. 9.5/10 The only downside is that the custom workouts don’t adjust the weight based on the last workout (like they do in the preset workouts). Also exercises like „machine supported dips“ should subtract and not add the negative weight to the weight lifted. But those are minor issues. The app itself is worth gold!

YEARS of my workouts just got a reset like I have just downloaded the app. Everything is gone. Haven’t had anything more frustrating and demotivating in my whole sports life

Ich habe leider vergeblich versucht meine PR zurück zu setzen. Aufgrund das ich manchmal das falsche Gewicht abgespeichert habe stehen dort nun utopische PRs wodurch sich dann das vorgeschlagene Gewicht ergibt. Schriftverkehr mit dem Support ergab nur, dass ich die App und Daten löschen soll und alles neu aufsetzen. Sehr unbefriedigend, da dann auch die eigenen Pläne gelöscht werden würden. Ich bitte um das Ergänzen dieser Funktion, dann gibt es auch 5 Sterne.

…und synchronisiert nicht zwischen Geräten. Das müsste eigentlich super einfach zu fixen sein.

Die App, war für mich Jahre sinnvoll. Ich hatte sie auf beiden meiner Handys um immer mit Plan zu pumpen Leider war die Synchronisation zwischen ihnen nicht möglich. Zusätzlich, kann ich nicht mehr auf die Funktion zugreifen, die ich als einzige genutzt habe! Meine 5 eigens erstellten Tages-Workout-Pläne innerhalb der App. Deshalb bin ich stark enttäuscht, vor allem, weil ich diese regelmäßig mit Notizen versah. Ich bitte das Team, das zu beheben oder zumindest den Zugang wiederherzustellen.

The app is great, but the new “freeletics” style timeline is really not functional. I don’t always have the same equipment so I tend to move between proposed workouts sessions more freely. The new timeline does not allow for that flexibility anymore and makes, despite opposite intention, the whole workout process a lot more complicated. Please provide an option to turn off the timeline and go back to week-based suggestions, as it was default before. This ultimately gives me the option to pursue more advanced workouts and to nudge the algorithm more closely to what I need exactly on a given day. thanks
