Descent app
The workouts are great. Unlike the other apps that they randomly select moves and put it there, this app actually gives you a reasonable workout plan. Also, the app quality itself is wonderful. Great job

After the latest update. Everything is again back to the amazing app it was and even more. Thank you for taking the time to listen to your customers.
Finally a new update!
They brought back some of the old features, and it’s finally back to a 5 stars. I love that they actually listened to the complaints and feedbacks from the community. And I really appreciate that they took the time to answer both through insta and by email. Great app
Last update
Since the last update, if you schedule a training program based on 4 days it will determine automatically what days you have to train, and if you skip that day for any reason it will not allow you to make the training anymore! Example if I have day 1 on monday, but I train on tuesday, pntuesday I will not see the training of monday because for the app is “gone”. Please revert it to the old system
Okay app, bad support
I was running the free version for a few months without problems. I decided to try the 7 day free trial and when that ended the free version no longer worked. Tried contacting customer support and got an e-mail back saying only premium members get an e-mail response back, which is a strange way of business. It also completely wiped my history/stats from months and there was no way to reach out because no contacting if you’re not a member.
