What happened to all the different type of body splits? In the last update I only have upper/lower, where is the push/pull and bro split? Also there could be a lot more excercises, as a regular gym has more equipment not showable on the app.
I really like the app, the latest update for the plan setup is awesome. I’m just anxiously waiting for an update that will automatically integrate supersets in my plan, now I have to do that manually each time the plan refreshes or changes.
It’s a good app with user friendly interface, however it needs more customization features such as super sets of 3 or more exercises, right now it only lets 2. And the algorithm should also improve or modify the resting timer as it applies the default 2 min timer for every exercise were we could benefit from a lower resting period. Plus has frequent bugs which aren’t fix ever

Pueden regresar el formato anterior? Por mi trabajo a veces tengo que faltar al entrenamiento y al día siguiente no puedo regresarme por el nuevo formato. En ocasiones hago entreno 2 veces tren superior o 2 veces tren inferior

Si falto un determinado día a mi entrenamiento, después ya no me deja entrenar ese entrenamiento que no hice y me salta al siguiente día, antes estaba bien, ojalá puedan resolverlo porque es esta una muy buena aplicación!!!
I train 3 times a week and sometimes those days rotate, I want to be able like I Did before to choose what day program I will do that day I don’t want the app to be skipping my days
Seguía las rutinas que me ponía pero ahora te pone los días de entrenamiento y sino haces ese día no te permite regresar a esa, me pone solo un día de pierna y si se salta la fecha ya no puedes regresar a hacerlo en ese orden, muy mal y no sé cómo restablecer
Era. Luego cambiaron el sistema de los entrenamientos y se siente como si no hubiera planificación. No se puede ver el progreso del plan que uno eligió y más que ser una app que simula tener un coach, es un calendario donde ya no hay guía, plan, sistema y organización. Me perdieron… como hago un downgrade?
