Lacks calorie, nutrients counter
Have really liked using this app. Part of the reason I got it was to step outside my comfort zone and try new workouts being put together for me instead of staying with the same routine I’ve pretty much always kept while working out. I would give 5 stars but the workout data does not sync with any other device and if you delete the app you will lose all previously recorded data. I rated the app a 3 because of data not being stored or useable on iPad even though I have a paid subscription.
No issues as of yet with a lot of options Great way to keep track
Love everything about the app only complaint it the rest timer. With all the new updates it just seems bulky and in the way over everything when you are trying to plan your workout between sets.
It’s literally having a personal trainer for 70$ a year. It keeps track of how much weight you did for that exercise the last time you did it and suggests how much you should go up by. It’s such a great app!
This app is lit for a beginner
I’m sure this is great for those who pay, but there’s virtually nothing if you don’t.
Please add a restart button for a daily workout, for example yesterday I had to leave in the middle of my session. Today I would like to restart yesterday’s workout but not sure how as there is no other button besides pause and end workout
This is a good app for planning and tracking your exercises in the gym. It could be a great app if it had ONE essential feature: the ability of users to set/modify the workout schedule. When you select a workout plan, the app selects the workout days for you. You have no control over this. You have no ability to reschedule a workout to a different day if you are unable to make it to the gym on a particular day. Considering this app is filled with so many great features, this one missing feature is stunningly shortsighted.
