App stopped working

They recently introduced a new security feature that the registered sim is required in the phone yo operate the app. What about people living outside India?

Good app so far

Good app so far, using on iPhone 13. Would like to make a suggestion, please disable taking screenshots in the app to increase security.

User experience

Worst application, never opens even. Dump it instead.

Not working

There seems to be a bug in the new version. When I try to click on the terms and conditions before continuing to the app, it doesn’t allow me to do so. Even when I have gone through the rules.

Worst banking app ever

I have used other mobile banking apps and this is the worst one I’ve ever used. It’s slow, can’t click on certain things especially the checkboxes why are they so small ? Usability is way behind the market standards.

Not working

This application is not working properly on my iPad. The app freezes on the launch screen. This issue does not exist when I use the app on my mobile. Will you please look into this?

Don’t download

Just got response from hdfc that there is issue with this application and it won’t work without a update which is coming but no idea when 5 /08/20 Issue is that this app is faulty as per response from hdfc and they asked me to wait for update 12/08 More then 5 months that your app never worked better I switch to other bank as i need mobile app regularly. 19/08 you are Repeating same thing, already got a response from your side saying app is malfunctioning

Crashing

Unable to launch application what so ever crashing will not even go to login page since I downloaded this application.. Need update

Its not user friendly, nothing works and look is not compatible Like previous versions, doesn't Look Like mobile app
