Overseas Users issues

The first step, the app asks us to allow an sms to be sent and it times out. NRO / NRE account users operating the account from overseas can’t validate this step and hence the app is unusable. Is there a work around?

worst banking app ever used.

The app was updated, prompting users to reverify their device. Why? The device was already verified, and the update was just installed. Additionally, it constantly requests a PIN update and rejects the last three used PINs. How are users expected to remember their PINs or passwords if they're required to update them every month or so? This makes for a frustrating user experience.

Web page version opened up

I faced issue with the app, when re downloaded it , it persisted. Instead of the mobile bankingb app, it opened some kind of web page version, prompting to accept cookie/ read and accept instruction etc etc- not able to login as well since not getting the button to click to log in

Date picker is not working

Date picker is not working, tried to select date to get bank statements but date picker is not working. I am using ios 15.

Cannot do any process

The app is stuck. Not sure what’s happened

Worst update.. cannot process to accept quick after entering OTP Very bad version ... previous version is much better than this .. at least we r able to log in using 5.1. Version ... 5.2 is very bad can’t log in also properly
