Faulty non functional app

hotmaildhiraj on

Netherlands

App is being updated since morning. Nothing would happen.

After update- not able use mobile banking

sks14869 on

Netherlands

After the recent update, I was asked to verify the mobile number which I completed and it worked once. But after changing the mobile model, mobile verification is failing every time and I am not able to access mobile banking anymore

You have rendered mobile app totally unusable

arun-k-r on

Netherlands

I dont use my bank simcard on my mobile device. It is on a non-smart phone. With your new feature, there is no way i can bind my device. Essentially, the hdfcmobile bank app is useless on my phone.

Device binding limits flexibility

(C) Me on

Netherlands

Device binding is implemented in the new update which is a great update from a security stand point. But using mobile phone number and an SMS as the only way to do authentication for device binding is not a great choice. Now this app is useless on devices like iPad or even on the non-primary mobile device.

Worst

GauravMi on

Netherlands

After entering everything it says card details are invalid.

Pathetic app - miss information.

mudasir3 on

Netherlands

I tried to login and it was divided into 3 step. The final step asked for card details with ATM pin. Why you need to verify and get the OTP and top of it ask for the PIN? Doesn’t seems like unnecessary security? In top of adding all the details correctly it still say card information is invalid. Please higher experience people including product owner and build user friendly app! 🙏

This upgrade feels like phishing attempt

Hdfc account holder 111 on

Netherlands

Generally when you log in to app it was not asking for debit card number, expiration and all. Why you need this, it feels like phishing attempts.
