I paid for the chance to cancel my flight and when I had to proceed with the cancellation, they let me know that I could only get the money in app credits or through PayPal which charges a fee. This was not clarified at the time of paying for the option. Their customer service is terrible, their rep was not letting me talk and being condescending. I was a loyal customer but I won’t be using this app anymore. I don’t care what the explanation is, it was a horrible experience. My money was not sent on time and I had to follow up. Once I did, it was retained for several days and then I got less than what I should have received because of the processing fees.

I’ve been booking all my flight through Hooper for the last 5 years. Just great!

Tbh, it never failed me. Been using it to book non-spec flights for a while now.

Muy util y verídica a la hora de verificar vuelos y costos. Se pueden verificar los vuelos mas económicas y luego buscar directamente en la aerolínea para comprar.

No saben hablar español y te tratan de mentiroso. Me cancelaron un viaje de parte de la aerolínea y me decían que no era cierto. Tuve que enviarles el mail para que me ayuden, la ayuda fue que me comuniqué con la aerolínea 😒
