RUBBISH APP
Not responsible of changing flight ticket without passenger’s consent. Can’t get refund due to flight ticket is non refundable. Do not use this app. SCAM!
invalid booking number
once i paid, they sent me a notification giving me the booking number(PNR) for air asia flight. i checked on that PNR in AA website, but AA claimed that the PNR is invalid. But hopper claimed that the issue will be solved just by showing the PNR in the check-in counter at the day of departure. So at the day of departure, i came to the counter and still the AA staff said that my PNR is invalid! so im NOT ABLE to take the flight. So, immediately i paid for the CS extra charge in the hopper apps, which hopper claimed will respond to my inquiries within 5 min. ( i was hopping they could give me a new PNR so i could take the flight). but guess what?? the CS only replied after 2 hours, the flight already took off! Hopper claimed to refund me the money, but now, after few months! i still DO NOT GET ANY COMPENSATION and they have stopped contacting me regarding the refund.

One of best app
Don’t use this app!
I’ve been requesting to change my flight date since few weeks ago but no update until now, they just keep raise new request and ask me to wait, after few days tell me request expired and need to raise new and wait over and over again. Purchased VIP support and this is what I get. Scam
My ticket time fly cannot change
No good buy from this hopper .. because i want to change flight time also cannot .. i want to chat hopper staff also i pay Rm119 but no response.. my ticket still same .. not good gaiss.. very disappointed
Great app but difficult to connect
This app work great initially, but now I cannot use the freez anymore.. dunno why so sad
