Hopper is a great travel app to get fantastic prices but their customer service is non existent. Don’t be like me and bother paying extra for VIP support; waste of money and their responses (if you do get one), are very very unhelpful. Best of luck!

Best travel app I’ve used

Even while going on apps page there is no support available. Even in app no support available. If there is any issue you can’t write or chat with them. Looking like they have blocked all option of support . A big question comes WHY?

My experience has been poor. I tried to register my mobile number with the expectation of a message for verification. After several attempts, still no message. Then I get a notification that “daily sms exceeded “. Am so disappointed

The ease of predicting Best fare rates is incredible, what's more you can put a route on your watch list to even get possibly lower fares.
