I had a disappointing experience with the Hopper app when I booked a car in Orlando. Upon arriving at the car rental company, I was shocked to find that I had to pay twice the price I expected. To make matters worse, there was no mention of a free shuttle bus from the airport, which would have saved me time and money. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I won't be using Hopper again for my travel needs. I deleted the app.
