More than 20 emails over 5 weeks to change a flight
I would not at all recommend booking with Hopper their after sales support does not exist. I have been exchanging more than 20 emails with the customer support team who are not helpful at all, all I want to do is change my flight and the reply I get are the airline are very busy and they don’t have the time to spend on the phone… ridiculous. Avoid and save yourself the hassle

It is more cheaper and convenient. I had a cancellation within 24hrs and my money was refunded
Refund information
Booking is easy, but if you want to refund a flight, hopper will not help you. I’ve been waiting over a month for a refund on a ticket I purchase through hopper. I asked customer service to check with the airline when the refund was processed, and they have refused to do so. The airline won’t release the information to me directly because I booked through a third party. I explained that to hopper and they still won’t help.. never booking though them again
