Partner Flights will prioritize flights from thier own booking sites. VIP helpline is useless( seperate purchase needed for 8 seperate calls to rectify a flight issue which doesnt resolve anything) Raked up $140 worth of international calls because of the wait time. Download with caution. You can use thier peak timing dates for reference but dont ever buy anything through hopper to avoid a hell of a time.

their customer service is awful, you will not get a refund even if an agent wrote IN WRITING that you will. Please it’s not worth the cost savings to book using hopper

This is the worst app ever.. flight details wrong and can’t do online checking and hotel shows another photos but another name and price.. this is full of lie. Please don’t use hopper again anymore

IRRESPONSIBLE and WORST travel booking app I’ve ever used! Cancelled my hotel bookings for different locations without any consent, when I tried to contact the customer support, none of them could really solve the issues and refused to rebook the hotels. What they did was literally keeping dragging things with all the diplomatic words and not being helpful at all! Wasted hours over the call! There’s definitely something wrong with this company. Do not book via hopper if you don’t want to risk your holiday and ruin your mood.

Easy to use and great prices

Poor customer support, requires purchase of VIP package to speak to anyone. In the end, had to make multiple international phone calls to try to get help. Hopper customer support has no interest of its customers. Hopeless. Made non refundable reservations for the same hotel for the same period on Hopper and another hotel platform. The other one managed to get a rebooking and refund for us and Hopper just pay lip service and pretends to provide support. In the end, it was too late to negotiate a rebooking even though the hotel wrote in writing stating they will allow rebooking for the reason we stated. Book at your own risk. Deleting the app NOW.

I cant believe i have to write it here to warn everyone. My flight got cancelled by airline so i reached out to hopper for an exchange flight on a different date since i purchase hopper gaurantee. Till date, i have made 3 calls and every call lasted at least 90mins with no end solution because hopper said they cannot make me a new booking. The guarantee covers delay and cancellation which is what happened to my booking on the day itself. Hopper make things so complicated and keep saying no, no, no. Their only solution is to refund me. I want to fly soon, and this refund is NOT ENOUGH for a new flight. $2000usd coverage by hopper is A SCAM. I have to pay WAY more than my original ticket. Regardless i bought the gaurantee. This is my first booking and will be the last. Dont waste your time trying to save some bucks with hopper.
