It's a scam, I booked the hotel and paid extra for the cancellation. But the hotel didn't have the confirmation and Hopper indicated that I chose the nonrefundable option. The Service Center is not replying to any emails.

Most of the hotels cost $0???
No option to contact the support team. And most of the hotels cost $0…. That is weird
Hopper will not help you
I had a problem with my bookings twice. In both cases Hopper’s support said that this is not their problem and I had to deal with hotel directly. Hopper just doesn’t care about you and your money. Maybe Booking.com has bigger commission, but they protect your interests
Nobody answers to the messages sent via support chat of this app
My flight was cancelled by airline. As per the information on Hopper’s website the Support Service is available only via the company’s App. Using this App I wrote 5 times to receive any comments with interval few months but still did not receive ANY feedback to my requests. As I understand this App does NOT work properly for communication with the Hopper’s support team... Hopper confirmation code for my booking is HGEKJA.
Remove the price prediction! It’s horrible
If the app was used for booking only, it’s not bad. But so called “price prediction”... Guys, are you serious???? I wanted to book my ticket for 713 usd, your app kept telling me to wait till certain dates, promising the savings of approximately 80 usd, the ticket price was almost doubled by the date you promised discounts. And it’s not the first case. Horrible. Remove that option, your app will become much better.
Hotels instead of flights
I don’t know for sure, but suppose it’s a regional case, the hotel searching tool was downloaded instead of one that I need to book flights. As so the ad and description shown to me was totally irrelevant, same as the app.
