When it comes to request to cancel or refund, they will make it very difficult to complete it, make sure you think carefully before making any purchase on this app
Had to buy 2 tickets even thought it stated that it was unlimited uses within the 2 day round trip. Used it more than once in one day and the QR code disappeared. They did not provide a new QR code despite the first ticket being within the day.
easy booking and good deals
Needed help with a cancellation, they wasted my time over 3 weeks telling me I would be getting a refund and then deciding at the last moment I would not be. I don’t really care about the refund, it’s the principle of saying you will and then going back on your word that bothers me. Especially after wasting multiple hours of my time. Really disappointing after what was a mostly positive experience with the app.
My experience with booking Shinkansen in Japan was totally a nightmare. Searched for Tokyo station as the origin, but the result was showing both Tokyo and Shinagawa. As a tourist who was new to Japan and know nothing about Japanese. This is a very confusing situation, especially the word of the origin was way too small to be noticed. There are no warnings or reminders before placing the orders which caused a lot of problems and hassles to our trip. Customer service was slow and totally useless. Wasted at least 10 minutes in “reviewing the order”, and ended up getting helpless and unfriendly answer. If you have any issues, attendants at the JR station might likely be able to assist. I booked other tickets from KLOOK before, it is undeniable that they are a great hub for booking all kind of activities. But there are definitely flaws to the Shinkansen page. Disappointed …
Worst service ever! Their website is messed up, won’t even give me a full refund for an issue on THEIR WEBSITE! Then all their customer support agents are not helpful at all and are just a headache, on Tuesday they said the relevant team will get back to me WITHIN 2 days. On Thursday they said the relevant team will get back to me in 24 hours! It is Sunday and I have heard nothing! I’m in the process of getting my partial refund, but I do not even know if I can trust getting that because if the relevant team cannot even stick to getting back to me 24~96 hours, or their website is the one glitching… then how are they a legitimate and reputable brand? All their customer support agents are lazy cows that need 3~5 minutes to access the issue but it does not take them 3~5 minutes to take funds from my credit card… SCAM behaviour! They have already ruined my plans of visiting Nagoya, save yourself the headache, do not use Klook
