The requirements in the application do not match the actual conditions
I bought a scooter rental voucher. The application stated that the company would hold a deposit on my credit card. However, when I went to pick up the scooter, they asked me to write down all my credit card details on a piece of paper. They said they do not take a deposit and will charge the card as needed. I refused because this did not match the conditions in the application. As a result, Klook operators refuse to refund my money, close the chats immediately after responding, and absolutely do not want to help.

I booked a Helicopter flight for 12 minutes through your application. I arrived at the location at 4:20 pm after looking for the exact location. The reception lady called and asked to send someone to pick me up for the flight. The guy on the phone said that I missed the flight. I was there on time and came especially for the flight. The lady at the reception was trying to assist me and tried to call Klook but we could not .get them in any way Not only that I paid 588 AED for the flight I paid also 250 AED for taxis go and back from my hotel and the city center. This is really bad experience! After a long search, someone sent me Klook's email and I asked for a refund, I still haven't received the money back because they don't give me an answer.
