I have been using klook since I could remember bcs u can find almost all things u need for your travel, starting from park tickets, transport, eSIM etc. And u can just use QR code to enter/ redeem the tickets. SOO CONVENIENT LUVV

in the apps said my attraction was available on the date that i chose. after its succees, i dont get voucher for almost 3 weeks. i asked the help center, they said refund or reschedule which is they cant guarantee. bad apps, bad service, totally scam

i have an issue with some attraction that i booked because of the attraction is closed and it is not our fault, klook has promised to refund but after that klook has replied they cannot processed the transfer!!! it s unfair for us!!!
