Super Convenient
I have owned more expensive washing machines than this one and none of them come close in washing power and drying than this baby. Jeans come out looking like new, the drying worked perfectly in just under 5 hours. Guys, this is the best of both worlds indeed, and it comes with such an easy to use app. LGs IOT software is unparalleled.

Alexa integration not working for aircon
Useless.
Sent through a support query and nobody has responded. Extremely irritated as I feel the TV I have had for only 6 months is a very expensive paperweight.
App update has left it not working
Was a great app but since the update it’s asking me for a code which I can’t enter as the app won’t connect to allow me to enter the code? Please sort the problem I can’t send screenshots here what a pity
What a struggle
I’m trying to register as new user but I don’t get a registration code. It’s like sitting and watch paint dry 😤🤦🏻♂️. Maybe if I get pass the registration screen I may re-rate the app.
The touch pad doesn’t work
Very irritating, searching on the web is very annoying.
Why not 4 star
Sure there is quite a setup process, however the current versions works, without ads all the time everytime. I'm happy.
ThinQ - Not so smart
The app is not very responsive, even then I have registered previously,the app did not recognize my ID , however when I tried to re-register it found my ID and logged me in. The app doesn’t integrate with other smart devices. Such as lights or Apple devices. Find this app extremely basic, given the cost of some of the appliances this app controls it is very disappointing to use.
Advertising on app
Despite the fact that you pay a large amount for these air cons with Wi-FI, LG uses the app to push advertising on you as well … really tacky! Won’t buy LG again!
