It’s a good app, really handy for knowing what you need to lift on a day as well as seeing how many reps for a pb. Only grievance is it updates the training max mid cycle based on this new pb which isn’t always what I want.
Having downloaded and tested all the 5/3/1 apps i settled on this one for the following reasons a) can add accessory exercises AND adjust reps and weight for individual sets b) tells you target reps to beat 1RM c) can change date of logged workouts (though would be good to be able to do this when initially entering)
Just use the Five3One app by the same developer, this is awful to use in comparison. Bad lay out, bad to use, and frustrating in comparison to the other app.
Great app for 5/3/1, calculates all your percentages. I can’t do notebooks so this is perfect for me and for a 1 off purchase price of the template I think that is very good value for money. Only thing is some exercises are missing
Love the App, great upgrade from Five3One. Hoping we see e1RM on the main page for each lift, 1RM calculator and exportable Graph of progress 👍 A great one stop shop for 531 Strength Athletes. Thank you!!
