I recently had an issue with my subscription to Linearity Curve, and I have to say, the customer service was outstanding. I initially made a payment through their website, but it was linked to the wrong email account. When I reached out for assistance, the Linearity team responded promptly (like within that day) and offered a perfect solution. Instead of processing a refund, they upgraded the correct account to the Pro version, which worked out perfectly for me. Throughout the process, their responses were quick, professional, and very helpful. They made sure my issue was resolved efficiently and effectively. I truly appreciate the effort they put into ensuring my satisfaction. It’s clear that they value their customers and are committed to providing excellent support. You’re the next Photoshop. We as creators are thankful for the app as it is. We didn’t ask you to implement any cutting edge updates. We like it as it is but you became greedy like every other developers out there. Subscription? Really? Like a 1 time payment isn’t enough? Your excuse is to maintain for more updates? What updates? It’s just a drawing app not some Multiplayer Battle Royale game. Thank god you guys showed your greed. One less app for me to support whole-heartedly. Afterall, we’re you’re users right? Without us, you guys are nothing. Remember that.

What else is there to say … change the pricing model and limit existing customers to 3 files unless we subscribe. Even for long time users. IF THIS IS NOT GREED, NOTHING ELSE IS. Deleting app

Decided to start milking your customer base? Give out the app for free get lots of users to use it and then start milking them. I guess you’re not interested in offering a one off price for this software, which is how software is sold. I only subscribe to magazines, not static software, so I’m deleting this. You must be out of your mind if you think I’m going to rent software.

Used to use photoshop and canva for my graphic design projects. Now Curve has replaced both of them and the use of the pencil is really amazing too! The fact that it is free as well is a huge bonus

this app is seriously amazing. i’ve been wanting to do vector design for a long time now, but have never been able to find a software that is suitable AND free. so grateful that i found this app and i think it’s so brilliant that it’s being offered for free. keep up the good work!

It’s really easy to use, esp on the go on ipad. Happy to have found this. The only thing is if there is more flexibility in bringing out some features to the front, example I use the snap tool a lot but it is quite hidden. Going back and forth to have it on and off is quite a hassle.
