App is slow, every task needs a minute to load

Only after over 10 attempts I managed to connect my 2nd secundary node. All previous attempts failed: not found or I had to abort the connecting after 2 or 3 hours. And how many times do I have to activate my account and/or validate my email address? So far almost every time I open the app on my iPhone or iPad.

Expensive invest velop pro 7. The routers have a nice design and setup was easy. The use of the app was very basic, but applying some settings didn’t work… for a month I can’t login to this app anymore!! Remote or as well directly to router within network..

I have five Velop 6e’s. The app keeps trying to find them although I am literally next to one of them. Doesn’t work properly when installing a new node either.

I think it is a bad idea to silently update something like networking components. It makes troubleshooting so much harder… and the last update caused my network to become unstable!

Don’t tell me how to hold my iPad

Ik dacht dat duur ook goed is. Veel geld voor een waardeloos systeem. De app loopt vast, waardoor je de app moet verwijderen en opnieuw installeren. Support komt van niet Nederlandstaligen waarin slecht vertaalde Amerikaanse taalgebruiken zitten. Mijn kinderen hebben goedkope Chinese spullen en die doen het nog beter dan de Linksys troep. En dat Xi dan meeluistert maakt mij niets uit. Één advies: koop geen Linksys.

If your app doesn’t support landscape mode on an iPad, it is just not acceptable anymore. The app works fine, but the fact that I have take the iPad off my Magic Keyboard, makes using your app a lot less magical.

Ik maar mis AI voor een betere setup. Soms goed en op een andere dag minder…?waardoor?

I don’t understand how a big company like Linksys can make such a terrible app. The app needs forever to load and I can’t do anything I want to do with the app. For example one the nodes that is 20 meter away from the Primary is connected with a LAN cable. There is no option in the app to force it to use a LAN connection. Instead it keeps turning the led to yellow and tries to connect to primary over WiFi. After problem is that the nodes go to red led and stay there for hours while they still connect. I would like to see in the app the exact status of this specific node. But in the app, in the nodes section the info is always outdated. Nodes are shows as offline or are shown as connected with Ethernet while there is no cable in it. Besides all of that the hardware does not work that great. I live in an average 3 floor house. I have 2 nodes on each floor to try to get good signal. Yet still I have lagging wifi all the time. I spend months on trying to find the best places. I even bought 2 more of the latest Linksys mesh WiFi models but still now I am without proper Wifi. I am completely done with LinkedIn for the rest of my life. Have a total of 9 nodes for nothing.
