Linksys

I have several neighbours with same internet provider and hence all have same Linksys router. The app connects to the first one it finds then asks for your router password. My router is right in front of me and I’m reading the password off the base. The app rejects it. It has obvs picked the wrong Linksys network! The app should show the network name and allow you to select - just like PCs do. Rubbish!

This app is appalling. Whether on iPhone 12 iPad both with 17.5 iOS. It keeps restarting and doesn’t give time to log into account so can’t make changes and can’t do anything!!!!!

What on earth have you done. Can’t log into my Velop router says no wifi definitely i have wifi. Try smart wifi login says I don't have wifi I do. Tried the password from the bottom of base station says wrong password. Linksys is meant to make life easier not cause frustration. Now when I go to help on your website it offers US and Canada. Very disappointing

How can you claim to be a serious provider with this app? It is appalling - keeps telling me it has found a new network, refusing my network key and just doesn't function. Your velops router is rubbish too and I've already had to return another because (with help from gigaclear on the phone) we couldn't set it up as a node. I can't believe you (Linksys) are aloud to trade with these products. What a con.

It's very handy to be able to check your internet speed, or to see devices connected. But the app is janky, glitchy and doesn't work sometimes, mostly when trying to change the name and icons of your connected devices. It loads forever and forces and it just won't change anything.

I use this app to manage online access for my children but this app always logs me out and tells me that I have no internet access. I would pay money to have a functioning alternative.

Have a Gigaclear service with a Linksys node. Unfortunately that means you need this app. This app is AWFUL. It never seems able to react to commands. When it eventually does it takes ages (spinning wheel syndrome) and then just crashes. I have to restart it continuously. Who designed this app? Actually I don’t think it was designed - it must have been made up by just throwing any old rubbish together. This is by far the worst app I have ever used. Awful - awful - awful

Could be great if it stopped crashing all the time, times out, freezes.
