The app is frustrating as I have selected parental controls and it switches off automatically. There are not many options in protecting what content your kids are watching

Last virsion in the App is not open for me

Doesn’t store the data when adding decides in parental control, crashes and closes most of the time, logs out on its own, stope working.

Worst company ever and worst app ever. I have an issue with home kit integration for more than 2 years and it is still not resolved how can a big company have an issue with there app and not resolve it for more than 2 years. The issue is that it turns home kit integration by it self each time causing disconnection in wifi for couple off days and it is hard to use the app meanwhile to disable the home kit integration as the connection is not stable. I contacted support service couple of times and they acknowledged the issue but they don't have any way to solve it. I am regretting buying my router from them and I am not replacing it as it was expensive.

App takes a lot of time to load and hangs frequently. I have to close the app completely several times before it works.

No issues, straightforward.

I can't stress enough how annoying this app is: every time I exit the app it logs out and I have to login every single time I want to use it. And even when I login it doesn't work - the parental control (the only feature I use) is not letting me change settings I have made and I have to close the app and then login again and maybe after 1000 time attempts I get what I want
