J’ai eu un problème avec les « VELOP » Super équipe qui a apres énormément de patience et de gentillesse, a eu la solution et maintenant je peux réutiliser l’application ce qui me permet un réglage des paramètres et dans certains cas, t’ébouter mon installation ! Très belle équipe et très bon materiel! En plus, après la garantie, le service client est gratuit, ce qui n’est pas négligeable ! Encore merci!
App is not reliable
There is always an issue somewhere in this App… the Parental control is not working … can not find the right connected device in the list…same connected device are repeated several times…every update fix something and mess with others! etc…please get a qualified engineers to fix your continuous issues!!

De modem werkt perfect na een moeilijke en zware installatie. De app is ook prima e werkt simpel.

the app is painstakingly slow and often gives errors, especially the parental controls section. the web interface is 10 times faster ! used with a 3node velop system which works fine otherwise. i have reported this to linksys a few times to no avail
Très mauvais
En fait j’habite en Afrique et il y a de fréquents délestages (coupure de courant) . A chaque fois je dois réinstaller complètement les bornes à l’exception de celle connectée directement au router! Je trouve cela assez lamentable. En outre le soft est je trouve assez instable et ne répond pas comme il devrait!

Pas de gestion du backhaul
C’est vraiment dommage que lors de l’utilisation du backhaul le vélop s’allume en rouge et que l’application indique les bornes en « hors ligne »
