Pricing may vary by location (see pricing under Top in App Purchases, or right in the App in the Store section of Settings). Your subscription will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account and will automatically renew 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, unless auto-renew is disabled beforehand. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be disabled by going to your iTunes account settings after purchase. A subscription cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period.

Terrible support

In my two IPad’s it is freezing all the time, some flights appears in one device and the other no, you make a back up restore and continue same thing. When you ask support to help import from AIMS, they don’t explain says you need to edit your csv file but how they don’t give a clue. Luckily I was in the test period never more!

Problemas com a sincronização de dados

Foi lançada uma nova versão do app que apagou todos os dados salvos no meu IPad. Ao tentar fazer a configuração, uma mensagem dizendo que um dispositivo está fazendo a sincronização, mas só tenho o aplicativo instalado num único dispositivo, Péssimo serviço para uma aplicação cara!

No sync

I have an iPad and iPhone, but the sync between them happens eventually. It doesn’t matter if I’m on a Wifi or cellular data. My iPhone is out of date for a week and I can’t to update.

Not syncing

This is the second time I am having issues to sync my logbook between all of my devices. The flights I logged on the Mac are different from the flights I have on my iPhone and on the iPad

Disappointed

I bought LogTen Pro life time, and now I can’t use it any more due to an update. It’s not fare. It would be my option if I would pay for an update or keep my old LogTen Pro version. Unfortunetly they are treating the users in a very bad way. But fortunetly ther are others options to us.

Change of rules

In the past I purchased the full version lifetime included sync option between devices, the developer has changed the rules and i need to pay subscription every year to keep my records.

I want logten 5

I want my Logten 5 back! I payed for that a couple of years ago and was using it without problems, but unfortunately I updated to this new version and bang I loose all my money. You put my money in your pocket and ask for more now. It is unbelievable!!! I just want my app back or give my money, because I will not buy Logten 6.

Well, I think that a lot of guys bought the LogTen Pro and taught that LogTenPro X was an update. I bought the LogTenPro, full version and there's no update for it anymore making my iPhone to slow. It was a "FULL" version and it is was for life. Then you create the X and screw all users of LogTenPro. And, by the way, the developer wrote about how many apps they sold, since 2003 on this s market! Well It’s not my business, I bought a lifetime app and that’s it. Now I change to MCCPILOTLOG because they have dignity. BY THE WAY, MCC PILOT LOG MUCH MUCH BETTER. DO NOT buy LOGTEN That’s all folks.!

Data Transfer from old LogTen IOS11

Hi Dear, How can I transfer my logbook from the older Log Ten to the new one? The old APP doesn't work anymore with IOS11 update, even for transfer data. Thanks. After this we started a process with Coradine Support, unfortunately they act like a robot, I almost lost years of flight trying to export the data from the old app to the new app due to change of IOS11 (I was using the old LogTen). They gave-me wrong instructions of support. Always with the same ready phrases. After many troubles I asked a free subscription for one year as a respect. They denied, always telling me that the discount is already in the “settings”. Thanks Coradine! To be treated like a no one. By the way, your new app works good, congrats. Very smart of you guys about the expansive subscription. I loose U$99 years ago when you started with LogTen, today in the trash because the old one, that I bought, doesn’t work anymore with IOS11.
