Too many features, misses the mark on the basics
I’ve been using for about a year. There are significant issues with streamlining data across multiple devices.
I built over 2000 hours of flights into my laptop. When I downloaded the mobile software they didn’t match what I built into my laptop.
What’s worse- if you make a change in your mobile device apparently you can inadvertently do a “batch edit” and that deleted several hundred hours out of my flights that I now have to go back and rebuild.
Turns out Excel is a far more reliable logbook.
May not be with the very high price tag for this when a little effort on Excel and your paper logbooks will be much easier to maintain and you can save it in a cloud just as easily.

Not user friendly, definitely not pilot friendly. Janky tech support, glitchy app.
Nice Logbook, but missing basic features
The App only works as a logbook, as users we can not download our rosters directly from the company servers, one of the available options is to Pay a subscription at RosterBuster and then download the roster from the server. Then send it to LogTenPro.
With PilotLog, we are able to do both things under one App.
Will appreciate if the developers of LogTenPro will come up with some new features that are worth the price of the membership
Love my Log10 pro
Log book syncs with FLICA and only takes a quick minute after a day of flying to update everything. Perfect for my 121 job.
Good with some flaws
I’ve been using this for a while. The new update caused some issues that I had to go in and fix. These pop up every so often. Other than those it is good software.
Run. Lost 12 years of logged flight time
Going back to my simple excel sheet. LogTen describes its support team as fantastic. That’s not my experience. Been trying to recover my old data for 3 days now. Need the info for a job application. Needless to say, I’m not pleased.
Would give zero stars if able
Used this for several years and the latest update deleted all my flights. Even if I can somehow get my “legacy” backup to upload it’s still missing 2 months and many flights of information that will now have to be manually input. Test your updates before you release them and destroy someone’s entire flight history!
Legacy backups
Left my personal EFB at home, when I needed to complete my 8710 I downloaded on my Mac and found out all my backups are unusable for import. Very frustrating, I’ll figure it out but at training wasn’t a nice time to find out
LogTen Pro tech support was great to work work
I had an issue after the latest app update. For what ever the reason all my logbook entries disappeared from my device. I reached out to Logten Pro and they provided guidance in a professional matter to restore my data and solve my issues. Everything is back to normal, thank you and count me as a satisfied customer.
