No inprovement for years but getting more expensive
This app updates only basic things, still works on sync with each device etc. I am using for 3 years and sync option was already there. They are publishing and update and telling me stnc with each device easily! All updates tell me the same story. I advise them to bring in-flight rest option to build in app. It is so easy to add. You will ask if this flight includes an in-flight rest (like PF selection) and it will automatically calculate inflight rest depending on the crew number. They said they are working on it last year but still nothing. (Block time-2) / crew number. That is that easy. Also, this app doesnt have enough import capability. Other apps can import times by taking Acars screen photo or importing excel file but you have to enter your flights manually here.
More than I need
This is what I want.I m able to keep duty times in limit with this app.you can take print out all log data what ever format you want.you can modify your specific limitations also.
After one year of operation EDDB/BER airport still is bot updated
EDDB/BER airport is operating for a year and you still dont have it on your database. You try to contact for support team and you only response it why I dont update it by myself… I pay you lots of money annually and I want you do your job as worth as that money. You can keep that advice for your memeber who wants to keep old version of airport not for me.

I am very suprised with the price increase every year just to log the hours. I bought long time ago the lifetime version which I am not able to use anymore. Now I will have to change to another digital logbook. For me the price is to crazy.

Somehow you cancelled the old version. And you declared that you have the new one. No SIR! I don’t want to use the new one. I want to use the old one. Keep your promise. Are you a lier? I think you are. I paid you. Do you understand? I paid you for life time. I am an old pilot. And I tell this story to the young pilots. No pilots will buy anything from you any more. I will tell everybody I know. You cannot get any new clients anymore.

You already know that almost every week apple makes new updates. If I want to use your old version I need to have one more iPad so I can keep my iPad without updates to run your old application. I payed for life time subscribe ,and I used around 5 years all my flight info was in log ten pro but now they ask annual subscription.They messed up my records.nothing is guarante in this company.how can we thrust.?
