Removes features and can’t purchase lifetime.
You used to be able to use the barcode scanner for free. Now it is a premium feature even though the database is entirely built for free by users. And it is still a complete mess, but corporate greed strikes again.
Furthermore, you cannot purchase lifetime without first signing up for premium, the point of which is to give you a “discount” which is actually not a discount at all. It’s the “piss on my leg and tell me it’s raining” game.
Lastly, the product itself is just moist garbage. Several in my family have used it for years because it was one of the only games in town, but the product has not improved at all by any meaningful metric, and by removing features, they’ve really made it clear they don’t want customers, so I’m happy to oblige.

Lost all my badges and customer service doesn’t reply to emails.
Had I been asked what I thought of the app pior to this weekend, I would’ve wanted to give more than 5 stars! But something weird happened and somehow I lost all my weight loss badges! I was 0.2kg away from the 18kg badge so I was pretty excited, but I never got said badge because it started from zero!

Denne appen har jeg brukt daglig i et halvt år og er veldig bra. Jeg har gått ned over 20 kg ved hjelp av den. Den femte stjernen mangler fordi jeg ville hatt en funksjon til å få en topp 10 liste over dager som jeg hadde gått ned mest i vekt med info om vektreduksjon og antall kalorier konsumert med mulighet til å klikke på hver dag i listen og se hva jeg spiste den dagen. Hadde den funksjonen vært på plass, hadde appen fått 5 stjerner!
A helpful tool
You’ve still got to to the job and be structured and motivated, but the looseit app is a really good tool to help you get where you want!
Decent app, but too many ads and dubious food accuracy
This app is a decent tracker, but is ripe with ads for their premium upgrade.
Nutrition accuracy is generally good, but there's no easy way to submit corrections. The website has a form, but I haven't seen a correction I submitted applied after several days, and haven't received any feedback. Lose It! lacks control over its core functionality, which reduces my willingness to upgrade to their premium service.
