Poor products database for Europe vs MyfitnessPall. Forces you do create Meals yourself. Makes it hard to enjoy all the others features when it so hard to log your food. Not worth the price
Only english & japanese ??
Simply amazing to track your calories! It’s intuitive, easy to use, precise…in fact, it’s THE app to use if you are very strict and rigorous when it comes to your diet. It helps me every single day to track my macros, track my weight gain journey and see progresses.
Nice application but we need a french version .
I’ve tried them all pretty much and this is the only that worked for me. The design is not overcrowded like other apps, it’s quick and easy to add your foods and also even though I’m in France they pretty much have all the food I’ve scanned so far in their database. Like many others I’ve found you through Jeff Nippard and I cannot thank him enough.
My favorite feature is the difference between raw day-to-day data and trends, smoothing out imperfections by raw data. Nutrition recommandations are solid, although I’d like to trade a bit of carbs for more fat.
For having tried 5 this is the best one, everything about it is incredible
I discovered this app thanks to Jeff Nipards on Instagram, and after testing it it seems like this app would be perfect to help me on my weight loss journey and i'm willing to pay for it instead of using another app BUT... I'm French and, even if i have a decent level in English, not knowing the English name of certain food or not being able to scan barcode is a huge problematic for me. I will redownload and pay for this app once other langages will ne available, Keep up the great work, it's still the best app for English périple out there !
Why is there only kcal for cooked food? It is better to weight raw uncooked food but when I search for basmati rice and input 100g the app only counts ~130kcal which corresponds to 100g of cooked rice :-(
