Great experience

I travelled from Gurugram to Mahapura (Jaipur) with my 8 year old son. I had 2 large suitcases and three back packs. I had booked Maruti Dzire. Naresh Kumar ji came on time. His car had good air conditioning, very clean and perfect for our requirements. He had been a very safe driver and no unnecessary talking while driving. Naresh Kumar ji used google app for navigation seamlessly. My overall experience was great and passengers felt safe while travelling. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Many thanks

How does one contact you!!

I was overcharged INR 1000 on a cab ride, and I have been trying to find a contact number. The ones provided by you are all automated and don’t allow me to talk to a customer representative. In the app, there is no option to start a chat with the rep. I want to get the extra charges evaluated but how do I even catch a hold of someone? Customer service shouldn’t be like this!

fraud application very bad experience

very disappointed experience…i cencel my flight according to full refund policy but they cut half of the money…its a fraud application

Misleading Data

Rated 2 star for site navigation. Site and App version don’t maintain consistency. Lot of useless add-ons while booking a flight. Data is tracked not to understand user requirements but to increase price, decrease availability, provide useless add-ons. I found better deal (~ $250 less) on other sites. If you cannot fulfil a customer request why do you waste one’s time.
