Recently had very bad experience with a hotel booking #Silicon Hearth Hotel at Bangalore Nagavarpalya. And MMT failed to resolve the issue.

Never trust the cab service provide by them. The cab will never reach and you cannot even connect with there support for the details. Almost missed my flight due to that and had to find alternative ride.

I booked tickets than flights cancel so I call many times to make my trip but no one answered me for pick up call. But when we want to book new ticket they instantly reply. So bad experience. I never book in future from Make My Trip.

Beware guys do not book through MMT app. They are charging me date change penalty almost 90% of entire amount, and when i asked for the cancellation it was almost 100% of booking amount. Cancellation was allowed in my itinerary at nominal charges if I cancel it before 2 days of the flight. I got better offer from same Airline with date change (Once) and cancellation without any penalty. MMT is a honey trap do not fall for it

Excellent App with very good interface

Some times get a competitive rates compared to other online booking sites. So overall it s fine.

Simple app with no much complex options.. Lite n simple

I had booked an international flight and firstly to make any modifications etc one needs to call from registered mobile no which is so frustrating and at times not possible from another country! Secondly I was told by customer service my tickets are non refundable and not changeable just for me to find on the last day from the airline website that the tickets were flexi tickets! Awful experience. Thirdly when I am sending emails to clarify in this I’m going on getting a revert that the ticket is closed. Leaves a passenger really in the lurch.
