MakeMyTrip Flight, Hotel, Bus

I am from New Zealand and my younger brother lives in India. He told me that I can book tickets from Delhi to Pathankot through MakeMyTrip but whenever I saw the ticket, when I selected it and when I started paying the money, the price always increases. From my experience, this app is totally fraud, and my request to the Indian Government is to stop such fraud apps because it is distoyed the image of India across the world.i will never use #Makemytrip. And all the foreigners who come to visit India, they are also requested not to use this app. India full of cheater and Frauds. God save india

Very efficient way for booking

You will loose your money like it’s thrown into a well. Do not expect any customer support from make may trip once paid. They show you a different price at first and later on charge you more than double the shown price. Total wastage of time for all your hotel booking. They hide a lot of information from you at the first sight and later on leave you no where.

Pathetic company refund time is long and cancellation deduction is huge. Still use it for booking for years but now after seeing their Stan for Maldives will never use it again

Just imagine early in the morning you got up early to get your flight and when you get ready you got a heart breaking news that you missed your flight. Make my trip provided me wrong information regarding my flight timings and ruined my whole holiday package after paying full payment plus lots of research and plans i had made for the trip. In return they didn’t even gave me any refund after considering that it was there carelessness. These guys are bunch of cheaters who are sitting in their homes and playing games with the emotions and feelings of the customers. Don't go on the rating of 4.5 stars. Maybe most of 5 stars are given by the employees by itself. I am giving this dustbin website 1 star but if -5 is available, i will definitely give this to Make My Trip. Hey people please save your time and money plus your mental health by not using this app and any service from them.

I booked a train ticket through make my trip for Rs. 3975. When I made the booking i got the message from make my trip that if the ticket is waitlisted after chart preparation, i will receive my full amount refunded without deducting any charges and then my ticket was waitlisted and now they are saying they can only refund Rs. 3185.🤷‍♂️. Don’t trust in this app. Customer care service is also bad. No response for my email.

The app is quite easy and has almost all the options needed to plan your trip.

Worst possible experience with a travel portal. I wish I have a option to give no star. First of all they have no Customer support system you cant even send a simple email or talk to Customer service representatives. My Bus ride was cancelled by the bus operator and I have raised the concern so far no response from Make my trip its been more then 10 days. Please guys stay away from these scammers pay some extra money on other websites where you can actually talk to someone when something goes wrong.
