My country isnt even listed on the app

SYRIA is one of the most known arab countries????and its not even listed??? But israel is listed? What a joke

Bad Application

You seems like a thieves I reserve with you in IBIS Riqqa 29-30 September and after i went there they told me that they reject reservation and they told me and you didn’t inform me or refund money I send many times emails to you but there is no reply

I have a problem at my trip cancellation

How I get my money within 184 days and no customer service number or even customer service email.

They stole my money

I had aproblem with my flight the airline tell me that its the app fault i called them but they didn’t solve the problem and refuse to take responsibility

Very bad customer service

Have issue many times and cancelled my flights loose to much money because of refund policy even airlines have no charge for cancellation

Bad service and unprofessional way

So bad service and no one can help you and they are not professional I called them 4 times to help me because they didn’t send to me ticket and they told me sorry you can’t book that ticket after they took my money and no one return my money until now

Don’t book here

My clear advice, don’t book here by any means Remember it very well. They are not paying back any refunds despite of many calls and emails.. you reach to a despair stage where loosing money is the solution, customer service and call center are very very poor. Again, don’t use it. Remember that very well.

The worst experience i have ever tried

I have a problem with my hotel reservations and after 7 calls with the support and 3 complaints on the mobile application no one even tried to solve the problem. The reservation was fully paid in advance and I couldn’t get any reply. Please don’t waste your time on these service, don’t stuck with them as they are not helping
