Very bad costumer service One of my question is not resolved my payment got stuck and today is alsomst 10 days I didn’t get my refund and no one pick my call

1. It shows some stupid currency symbol. Doesn't let me change it. AUTHOR YOU ARE IDIOT. 2. During registration it asks for mobile number, but when I give one, it says "provide valid mobile number". THIS IS VALID NUMBER YOU STUPID F*CK! 3. Then I gave some random number and guess what - this crApp swallowed it! But somehow added country prefix +95. ARE YOU F*CKIN DUMB??? Why am I asking.. Sure you are. 3. Author, don't pretend you are smarter than user. You are not. Let user choose which currency use, which country prefix provide and which phone number is valid.

it's only in india... what about south america, thailand, australia, europ, anyway, if the application helps you only in india it's worthless... be seriuse and invest in south america and thailand for first, even if the app will cost some dollars each user. hope to see results, it's a very good idea, use it.

Slow most of the times but useful

האפליקציה שימושית בעיקר במציאת מקומות לינה בהודו. הבעיה איתה, שהיא איטית מאוד במציאת המקום בו אתם נמצאים... לפעמים עד כדי ייאוש וסגירתה. כאשר היא מזהה את המיקום שלכם, היא שימושית ויעילה, אבל לא לכל העולם, אלא בעיקר בהודו.

I had booked an international flight and firstly to make any modifications etc one needs to call from registered mobile no which is so frustrating and at times not possible from another country! Secondly I was told by customer service my tickets are non refundable and not changeable just for me to find on the last day from the airline website that the tickets were flexi tickets! Awful experience. Thirdly when I am sending emails to clarify in this I’m going on getting a revert that the ticket is closed. Leaves a passenger really in the lurch.
