Very bad service..we booked a ticket but they were not refunded that till now…customer care service also very very bad

Scam!

Don’t be fooled by this people check facebook and reddit about this company! Until now they didn’t give my refund at all! And there’s thousands of people who was scammed by them! Take note: even the customer service hot line which the agent that i spoke with says it’s free was a scam! I was charge a lot in my phone bill even i was just on the line for an hour waiting for them to pick up the phone. I recorded the conversation i have proof.

Oops ! Something went wrong

I tried changing the dates but every time I am about to reach the flight selection page it shows the error oops! Something went wrong. I’m a not sure this is a technical issue or strategically this screen is shown that the date change cannot be done and Customers ultimately lose their money. The same issue exists both in smartphone and browser version of applications. How on earth and travel company which heavily depends on it’s online booking can have such an issue for more than 15 hours. I’m sure there would be some mechanism internally where they would be getting alerts that the customers are facing this issue. Had the issue been in the booking screens then those would have been immediately fixed but why would they bother about other pages where money has to be returned or customers get benefited. I probably would never use this site for online booking again.

Thugs running this company, no concern for customer, waiting for a refund since last 3 months, no proper feedback despite escalating to the the top most person of MMT
