Can’t pay, can’t contact support
I used to be a user in the app and I came back. Downloaded the app with IPad Pro 21. When trying to make a subscription the app stuck and load forever. When trying to contact support via web, I couldn’t log in because the password is incorrect and there is no google automatic log in. When I’m trying to reset the password, the mail never comes. Please contact me, I love the content of the app but in this situation where every technical part of this system isn’t working, my hands are tied…
Cancellation is impossible - beware!
Auto-renewal is impossible to cancel. They refuse a full refund even if you write them on the day of the annual charge. Stay away
Great content, not the best app :/
The app content is great. The app implementation isn’t the best and improvement required. Audio mode is weird and can’t be controlled from the Lock Screen, this experience isn’t what Apple desire and the users aren’t used to this kind of experience. The change is super easy and quick, not sure why MasterClass products people required this weird behavior.
Don’t buy it
There are not many videos and each video explains the recipes in too long a time in a way that is really lengthy and boring

I really enjoy the production quality and the content, even when somewhat basic, is delivered in an interesting and compelling way

Worst App ever!!! Good content but ver frustrating. Freezes every 2 seconds and other bugs. Great disappointment, and their is no support service that you can get help from. Only automatic answering.
