Since I’ve installed the App about two years ago, more often it hasn’t been working. The medical centre advised me to contact the App developer to rectify the issue!!!! To begin with, this advice is insane! Why, I, the patient, should do that?! After contacting them reluctantly, they were not hopeful at all. I had to delete and reinstall the App and put all my medical details all over again. The App was functional for a few months and now all I’ve been getting is a blank white screen. I brought this up with the medical centre and all they offer is an apology, stating that many patients are experiencing the same. This has been going on for a few months now without any resolution.
No results every time I open the app
I am very disappointed with the app’s functionality. I couldn’t download my results, see appointments, cannot view medications, the app just keeps loading. Please rectify

The fact that when i try to log in and it sends a code thats invalid then try to resend a code & nothing comes through.. fix your app its inconvenient for booking doctors appointments

bad beyond belief
I have never experienced, not once, a conformation code being sent via sms and an app not accepting the code. I typed extremely slowly too, and it said invalid code.
Tried doing it again but it does not send. Remembered doing exact same thing a year or more ago when I had to get health record and the same thing happened back then. You’d think the bug would be fixed by now.

Even my GP doesn’t support app anymore!
My GP clinic used to suggest this app on their website-all mention of it has now gone. That confirms what I’d already worked out-this app is completely broken. Have deleted from my device.
