Foreign calls
I'm getting multiple calls from strange foreign callers on my e-sim. This is highly unwanted !!!!!! How is this possible and why is it not possible to contact the app owner about this ??????
Poor Customer Service
I’ve got 2 plans. One for work and another for personal use in different mobiles. It worked well for a couple of days but then it wouldn’t connect anymore. Tried troubleshooting guide, no avail. Customer support is poor and only repeated the guide. Quite frustrating experience. Had to install an eSIM from another provider.
Not working
Installed eSIM, looked fine. Used a lot of data, but plan was not activated. This cost me hundreds of euro’s. No support available (useless chatbot, no human support available)
Superhandig, werkt gewoon
Voor de reis naar China de ESim geïnstalleerd. Bij aankomst werkt het prima, alle apps die je gewend bent te gebruiken ( Google, whatsapp, sociale media) werken gewoon. Nog niet geprobeerd om extra GB’s te kopen of een eSIM voor Hiongkomg.

Het werkt niet bij mij. Alle stappen gevolgd. Toen eerst met een chatbot gechat die heeft mij doorgestuurd naar een echt persoon die vraagt om een foto reageert dan pas uren later erop ik ben 3 dagen en het werkt nog steeds niet

Very slow 3g internet in the place my wife has super fast 5g with different provider
Great app mediocre sim service
It’s great to be able to just activate a data sim when traveling. The provider supplied by Nomad however had spotty service. When it was good it was great… but often time reception would drop completely or be really slow.
Great plans, just missing unlimited
Not too expensive great plans. Would just be great to be able to buy unlimited data as I need to use my hotspot very often
