I purchased it on February 4 and downloaded it. When eSim was not usable on February 13, an email came. I say that I buy it more if I open up application. I have not gone for a trip yet and do not use it. This company is a fraud. The worst has happened.
Facebook login does not work
Facebook login doesn't work, though it works at the website login. Every time I try by app, I have the same message "something went wrong, please try later"
I really appreciate if you fix this.
Saved me and my family’s data
The Nomad plan in Europe has helped us travel worry free. We started with just our USA carrier’s international plan, which was spotty and performance intensive on our phones. Nina’s has helped us ensure we can connect with each other through data using messaging apps.
Refuses to refund or provide any support
Too much fraud. They sell fraudulent fake numbers and to not screen the operators in many countries. They bypass legal requirements of identity verification that are present in many countries.

Persistent Payment Issues and Lack of Timely Support
I’ve been trying to purchase a 20 GB 45 day Australian eSIM plan for my upcoming trip, but have encountered persistent payment issues. Despite following all the support instructions, including updating the app, re-logging, and waiting for the recommended time, I continue to receive errors stating I’ve reached my purchase limit.
After contacting support, I received helpful initial advice, but the issue remains unresolved even after escalation. It’s been days with no effective solution or clear communication on the fix. With my travel date approaching in just 3 days, this delay is causing significant inconvenience.
The anti-fraud rules are understandable, but they seem to be overly restrictive and not well-communicated. If failed attempts where the money is refunded count towards the purchase limit, it should be clearly stated.
I hope Nomad can address these issues promptly for the sake of their customers. At this point, I might have to consider other options for my travel data needs.
No service and bad customer support
I am stuck at the airport in Portugal which was included on my Europe regional plan I did everything it said on the app and I had no service. My boyfriend also had the same problem. I contacted customer service and they told me they’d help me to troubleshoot and never responded. DO NOT USE THIS SIM IN EUROPE.
Reliable service during our Europe trip
We bought Europe plan and was skeptical about the service at first. We installed it and let’s hope for the best. After we landed in Spain, I turned the esim on. We got service right away. We went to Spain, Portugal, France and London. Nomad service was consistent with fast speed. We were able to use social medias, YouTube, video calls, maps, Uber/taxi app while we were in Europe.
Very easy
Paid with Apple Pay, installed eSIM before leaving the country, service started soon as I landed at the airport, easier than buying service at the airport.
very convenient but hit and miss
if the sim does not work, none of their troubleshooting steps work, and they will not issue s refund. If you need service and you don't find out the Nomad sim doesn't work until you're in the new country they really take advantage of your lack of service. If you can't contact them through the app in time they don't even look into your request.
