Be careful or just go somewhere else
Their customer support replies quickly and are completely unhelpful. We bought an e-sim for a trip with a predefined plan. As we were not sure how much internet we needed, we also bought an add-on (having read it’s refundable if not used!!). Then we realized the add-on (unused) was too high for our needs and usage on the trip, so we wanted to cancel it for a refund and get a more suitable add-on. Their customer support said the unused add-on cannot be cancelled without **immediately** terminating the original e-sim, and cannot be exchanged or otherwise modified. So basically they hold you hostage threatening to cancel you whole e-sim and mess up your trip, and are very inflexible otherwise . Doesn’t matter if the client made a mistake or just needs something else, they grab the money and run because they don’t care about repeat customers and prefer to hide behind poorly explained policies. Bad company, my last time using them!
